How do I create my account?

Can I request an invoice?

Do you need us to attach an invoice to your order? No problem!

Please indicate this at checkout in the comments box located in the Cart summary.

My order

I received an incorrect item or a different size than I ordered, what do I do?

If the items you received do not match what you ordered, please contact us by sending an email to info@beesimplebag.com

We will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible.

How does the discount coupon work?

When you subscribe to our Newsletter, we send you an email with a 10% discount code. You can apply it to a single purchase and it does not expire.

At the end of the purchase process you will find a summary of your purchase and a space to enter the code. You will see the discount applied to the total order.

Discount codes are not applicable to sale or promotional items.

How does the Gift Card work?

All BEESIMPLE Gift Cards are digital and will be sent by email to the email address provided. The format is suitable for you to forward it to whomever you choose.

You will receive a unique code that you can redeem during the checkout stage, in the “Order Summary ” section.

The recipient is responsible for keeping the Gift Card code, as we will not be able to provide a new one if it is lost.

You can use the gift card as many times as you like until the balance is exhausted. And if the purchase exceeds the value of the card, you can pay the extra amount using another of the available payment methods.

The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of receipt of the email.

If you want to know the balance of your card, you must retrieve the original email where you will find the link to check it.

Shipping

Are shipping costs included?

Shipping costs within the mainland are included in all purchases over €50 . If the order does not exceed this amount, the shipping cost will be €3.99. The standard shipping cost in the Balearic Islands is €5.99.

These shipping costs are not included in the case of a return, except in the case of an error on the part of BEESIMPLE (see " return policy ").

What are the shipping areas?

We ship to the entire peninsula and the Balearic Islands .

We also ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra , but to place the order things work a little differently:

Due to their special tax regime, they are considered non-EU territories and purchases made by residents of these territories cannot be made through the online store.

For shipments to these destinations you must contact BEESIMPLE via email info@beesimplebag.com , where we will manage your purchase manually and inform you of the shipping costs and associated taxes.

Delivery times or prices may vary depending on the destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will process it the next business day and, under normal conditions, it will take between 5 and 7 days to arrive at the delivery address you have indicated. These delivery times may vary depending on the destination and purchase period.

How can I make payment?

At the end of the purchase process you can pay securely. We currently have the following payment methods available: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit and debit cards, PayPal and Bizum.

Why might my credit card be declined?

Payment may be declined for several reasons:

1. The card is expired.

2. Due to a typographical error.

3. For having exceeded the credit limit.

Warning! Due to the new Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) Law that came into force on January 1, 2021, to complete your purchase you must enter your private area of ​​the bank, review the payment details and authorize your purchase. About the Bags

How should I take care of my bag to keep it looking great?

Your BEESIMPLE bag has been made from the most durable materials so that it will last a long time. You only need to keep in mind a few simple tips to keep it looking beautiful:

  • You can wash your Bag in the machine but always at a maximum temperature of 30ºC.
  • Do not use any type of bleach, even if your bag is a light color.
  • Do not use a dryer, some pieces are made of cotton and may shrink.
  • It is not necessary, but if you decide to iron it, always do so at a medium temperature, never exceeding 110ºC.
